These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the tbjili platform, including all games, promotions, payment services, and support features available to registered players in the Philippines. Please read them carefully before creating your tbjili account.
tbjili is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is prohibited under Philippine law and these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. tbjili operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework applicable to online gaming platforms.
Each player may hold only one tbjili account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
tbjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 Age Requirement. The tbjili platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing casino-style gambling. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. tbjili reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The tbjili platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with applicable local laws. tbjili makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside the Philippines.
2.3 Registration Requirements. To create a tbjili account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) tbjili account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2.5 Account Verification (KYC). tbjili is required to verify the identity of all Players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit any identity verification documents requested by tbjili within the timeframe specified. Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.1 Credentials Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbjili login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, and you must not allow any other person to access or use your tbjili account.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify tbjili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. tbjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials or from your failure to notify tbjili of a security breach in a timely manner.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your tbjili account, whether or not you authorised such activity. All bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested through your account are deemed to have been made by you.
3.4 Suspicious Activity. tbjili reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account that shows signs of suspicious activity, including but not limited to: unusual betting patterns, suspected use of automated software or bots, suspected collusion, or suspected fraudulent payment activity.
4. 1 Accepted Payment Methods. tbjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, Philippine bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and Philippine debit cards. tbjili does not accept credit card gambling deposits or any form of cryptocurrency, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your tbjili account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) business day depending on the sending institution. tbjili is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed by tbjili within three (3) hours on average during normal operating hours. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your account has not completed KYC verification. tbjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified tbjili account details. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
4.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the tbjili Cashier page and may be updated from time to time. tbjili reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per week, which will be communicated to Players through the platform.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. tbjili is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws. All transactions are monitored. tbjili reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by tbjili are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your tbjili account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds expire automatically upon expiry.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. tbjili reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if tbjili determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
5.4 Welcome Bonus. The tbjili welcome bonus is available to new Players on their first deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method applies. tbjili reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
5.5 Promotion Changes. tbjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued participation in a promotion after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
6.1 Random Number Generation. All tbjili games that rely on random outcomes — including slots, dice, bingo, and virtual table games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be predicted or manipulated by Players or tbjili staff.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games on tbjili are conducted by trained dealers in real time via video stream. The rules applicable to each live game are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be resolved according to the game provider's standard disconnection policy.
6.3 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on tbjili are governed by the specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the platform. tbjili reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or affected by circumstances that materially alter the nature of the market.
6.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, tbjili reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to Players. tbjili's decision in such matters is final. No compensation will be paid for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
6.5 Bet Acceptance. tbjili reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced, bets that appear to exploit pricing errors, or bets placed by accounts under investigation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tbjili platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:
8.1 Commitment. tbjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section after logging in to tbjili.
8.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your tbjili account will be suspended and you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.
8.3 Age Verification. tbjili strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If tbjili has reason to believe that a Player is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage Player will be forfeited.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the tbjili platform — including but not limited to the tbjili name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of tbjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited Licence. tbjili grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the tbjili platform.
9.3 Restrictions. You must not use the tbjili name, logo, or any other tbjili intellectual property in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or damage the reputation of tbjili without prior written consent.
10.1 Platform Availability. tbjili endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond tbjili's reasonable control. tbjili shall not be liable for any loss arising from platform unavailability.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, tbjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the tbjili platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Maximum Liability. tbjili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tbjili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. tbjili shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or other force majeure events.
11.1 Privacy Policy. tbjili's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the tbjili platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 Data Accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided to tbjili is accurate and up to date. tbjili shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.
11.3 Regulatory Disclosure. tbjili may be required to disclose your personal information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of tbjili's privacy obligations to you.
12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your tbjili account at any time by contacting tbjili customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and satisfaction of applicable withdrawal conditions.
12.2 Termination by tbjili. tbjili reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: you breach any provision of these Terms; tbjili is required to do so by law or regulatory directive; tbjili determines that your account poses a fraud, money laundering, or security risk; or tbjili ceases to offer services in your jurisdiction.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, tbjili reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including Real Money Balance, if such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach (e.g., fraud, money laundering, underage gambling). In all other cases of termination, Real Money Balance will be returned subject to standard withdrawal procedures.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tbjili platform, you agree to first contact tbjili customer support to seek an informal resolution. tbjili will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
13.3 Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent tbjili from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbjili with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
